Ensure someone is present at the delivery address: Having a representative available to accept the package will allow us to deliver your items directly to you and ensure that they are received in the best condition. This will prevent potential exposure to adverse weather conditions or extended periods outdoors.

2. If having someone present during the delivery is not possible, we strongly recommend that you place a cooler near your front door. This will serve as a protective measure against temperature fluctuations and will help preserve the freshness and quality of perishable products until you can collect them.

3. Use our specially designed Le Cochon Barbu thermal bags : We are delighted to offer specially designed thermal bags to maintain optimal temperature control of your delivered items. These bags are available on our website and offer an excellent solution for preserving the integrity of temperature-sensitive products. By using our thermal bags, you can rest assured that your package will be well protected until you collect it. *If at least one cooler bag is placed with your order, we will place your items inside.*

Delivery delay:

We would like to inform you that the delivery times for your orders are estimated between 3 and 6 days after their placement. We do our best to ensure fast and efficient delivery of your items.

In order to keep you informed, we will send you a confirmation by email and, if available, by text message, at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. This confirmation will include the delivery day and time slot so that you can plan accordingly.
